We hope you love your new shoes! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt in as-new condition, or in accordance with your statutory rights.
How to Return
Every delivery includes an Advice Note listing your items. Tick the reason for return on the note and include it in your return parcel.
If you no longer have your Advice Note, include a sheet with:
- Your full name and address
- Order number or customer reference
- Item number(s)
- Reason for return
Returning via Post Office
Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Attach the returns label provided and seal your parcel. If you need a replacement label, contact our customer service team.
Proof of Posting: Please obtain and keep your proof of posting until your refund is processed. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of posting.
Promotional & Multi-Buy Returns
For items purchased under promotional offers (e.g., 2 for 1, Buy One Get One Half Price), all items from the deal must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If you retain part of the promotion, a partial refund will apply.
Defective or Faulty Goods
If a product fails prematurely due to faulty workmanship or materials, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it in line with your statutory rights.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement quickly.
