Non-Refundable Items
  • Customised products and specially ordered items
  • Trade/business orders
  • Socks, insoles, underwear and hygiene items
  • Items damaged by misuse; packaging-damaged returns may incur a 20% restocking fee

Returns

Return items in original condition/packaging. If delivery is refused or not collected, we may charge storage/reship fees.

International Duties

For international orders, local duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
